YouTube content creators TLDR News visited Tallinn from the February 20.- 22. 2019. The channel has a strong subscriber base and larger viewership figures than any other news providers from the UK on YouTube including the BBC, Channel 4 and the Guardian.
The journalists had come to put together two videos one on e-residence and another on e-voting. In the end, the gathered enough information to put together a third video on the topic of e-governance. The first video will be published after the elections in March.
The journalists met with representatives from the British chamber of commerce, IT specialists from Tallinn’s City Office, Information Technological services, a representative from the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Communications and the E-residency programme and a representative from the think tank e-Governance Academy.
